About the Role: As a Clinical Lead Nurse with Hallmark Care Homes, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. From implementing rigorous safeguarding policies to overseeing care plans, your expertise will shape the delivery of compassionate and person-centered care. You'll have the freedom to make critical clinical decisions, mentor and inspire our care team, and drive continuous improvement in care delivery.

About You:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
• Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
• Experience in gerontology and strong clinical policy knowledge
• Dedicated, motivational, and passionate about sharing knowledge
• Compassionate, person-centered approach to nursing
