Who are you? You’re a confident Dispensing Optician. You’ve worked across a few settings and have realised that to do what you do best, you need a clean, slick, well run and well considered environment. You need colleagues around you who know exactly what they’re doing and are specialists in their own right. You don’t want any commercial pressures; you’ll deliver by doing the right thing for your patient. You’re confident with your technical knowledge but humble enough to know you’re always learning. You love beautiful eyewear and are passionate about style. You’re in your element when dispensing. You enjoy the personal connection with your patients and want the time to curate those relationships and have those fun conversations. You want to do your job well, go home knowing that you’ve made a difference and had a damn good time doing it!

Welcome to Diopter Eye Clinic. We do the right thing for our patients, 100% of the time. We spend as much time with our patients as they need, and it helps that they’re a fab, fun bunch! We have a beautiful practice, the latest tech, fantastic coffee and we work with some of the best brands in the industry. We stock a curated collection of independent eyewear, from the likes of Lindberg, Ahlem, SALT, Lunor, Orgreen, Cutler & Gross, VFG, amongst others. We don’t compromise when it comes to lenses and dispensing. We’re private only. Our team is small but mighty, and all our patient-facing staff are qualified professionals.

You matter, and what you do for your patient matters. We are a specialist practice, so we need you to be technically skilled, sharp, particular and work to a high level. You will be challenged and pushed, but supported throughout, so that you can fulfil your potential and be the best you can be. You’ll be working as part of a small team, which also means you will be involved in all the day-to-day tasks that go into running a boutique practice. We provide a tailored patient experience – do be able to do this, it is key that you are a clear communicator, emotionally intelligent and be able to build solid relationships with our patients, partners and suppliers.

You’d be based in Fulham, on a salary up to £42K, with plenty of fantastic coffee, snacks, and holiday to boot.
