As the Senior Nurse (RGN), you'll be expected to:
  • Oversee clinical operations and provide guidance to other nurses on shift
  • Collaborate closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and other members of the multi-disciplinary team
  • Utilise some of the worlds leading medical devices and technologies
  • Assist with performance management of junior staff, adhering to the organisation's policies and procedures
