Cpl Health Talent are currently working with an innovative medical health clinic, the first of its kind in the UK, to hire an experienced General Practitioner to join them.


Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Practitioner to join a private clinic in London. You will provide GP appointments and adult health screening assessments to our diverse patient cohort, which includes both adults and paediatrics. You will join a supportive team environment and have the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.


Details:

  • Appointment times vary, ranging from 30 minutes for basic male screenings to 45 minutes for basic female screenings, and up to 90 minutes for more in-depth consultations. GP appointments are typically 15 minutes.
  • Basic procedures such as blood tests, ECGs, and smear tests will be performed, with the opportunity to provide lifestyle medicine advice and perform minor procedures in dedicated theatres.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and attend to booked and walk-in adult and paediatric patients.
  • Work in accordance with NICE guidelines and facilitate diagnostic referrals within the clinic.
  • Coordinate home visits if requested and manage ongoing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing teams to deliver world-class care.


Essential Criteria:

  • GMC registration is mandatory. While performers list inclusion is not required, registration on the GP register is necessary. (Applicants who have practiced as GPs in other countries but are not on the UK GP register are encouraged to reach out.)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems.
  • A friendly and proactive attitude.
  • Interest in lifestyle/preventative medicine.
