Our Nurses have a very fulfilling diversity in their roles, providing care to Families as a whole, from infants to the elderly.
They assist GPs by helping to coordinate patient referrals with other providers. Providing patient education on a range of different topics. Supporting patients with chronic disease management usually by helping create management plans and monitoring progress towards their health goals.
Located in the leafy Western suburbs of Adelaide, if you have the "go" we have the opportunity.
