As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals who have sustained workplace injuries, facilitating their journey back to employment, whether within their current role or a new one. This position is open to professionals across various disciplines, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Rehabilitation Counselling, among others. The role demands a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and a commitment to delivering tailored rehabilitation solutions.
What you will be doing:Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation servicesIdentifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordinglyProviding support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clientsWorking with in the NES and OES spaceWhy this role:Salary above market ranging from $95,000 - $120,000 + Super (experience dependent) + BonusFinancial incentives- Receive regular financial rewards for making an impact, through achieving successful client outcomesNeed more 'me time'?
