BMC and WAIC is seeking a self- motivated and enthusiatic person (RN or EN) to provide professional and High quality nursing to our patients.
Your Duties will include (but not limited to)
Administration of Iron infusions.
Patient education
IV cannulation
Chronic disease management
wound care
immunisation.

WA Iron Centre is dedicated to the management of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia in WA. The centre is led by Clinical Associate Professor Pradeep Jayasuriya, a leading expert in the treatment of iron deficiency. We offer a high level of care and management for people diagnosed with iron deficiency including the administration of Iron infusions. Our dedicated staff deliver a personalised, high standard of care in a calm and friendly environment where we aim to make you feel involved, informed and confident with the treatment you will provide.
Requirements
AHPRA registration as Division 1 Registered Nurse or Division 2 Enrolled Nurse
IV cannulation skill preferred or willingness to learn (training will be provided
Experience as a practice Nurse, IV suite or similar
Proficiency with IT systems and Microsoft suite of programs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Stong Communication skills
Efficient multitasking, Problem solving and time management skills
Current Drivers Licence
Working with Children check and National Police Clearance or ability to obtain these
Current CPR certification
Immunisation certification preferred
Flexibility to cover sick and holiday leave
