The Recovery Performance Officer is responsible for supporting the Health & Recovery Division in delivering key initiatives to support the recovery of injured workers.The role will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development and evaluation of initiatives that improve recovery outcomes. This role will be part of a flexible pool of resources that is responsible for discrete programs to support treatment providers.Key AccountabilitiesSupport the development, implementation and evaluation of health initiatives aligned to the WorkSafe objectives; focusing on improving customer recovery and provider performance.Through the management of assigned portfolios provide expertise and consult with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of recovery related initiatives meet business and customer needs.Support the development and implementation of predictive data analysis and dashboard reporting for health and disability services.Undertake complex analysis of performance data to identify improvement opportunities, gaps and risks, providing recommendations on how to manage escalating issues, anomalies or opportunities.Assist with the development, ongoing management and reporting of provider contracts including tender processes.Please ensure you click here

You thrive in working in agile environments, and demonstrate highly developed interpersonal, communication and project management skills.You have a passion for developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering high quality outcomes.
