Head Medical are seeking CMT/IMT / SAS doctors with an interest in Aged Care seeking an out of programme experience. You will be based in Shoalhaven, New South Wales.

• Salary $110,986 - $139,187 per annum ( depending on experience)

The Role

Shoalhaven Hospital is the main acute care hospital for the Shoalhaven region providing emergency care, medical, surgical and orthopaedic services. Shoalhaven Hospital has an Intensive Care Unit focusing on high dependency and coronary patients, Children’s Ward and Maternity Unit as well as a purpose-built regional Cancer Care Centre and sub-acute Mental Health Unit. The Shoalhaven region is one of New South Wales fastest growing areas with over 5,000 new residents making the move every year.

This is a great opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team providing effective medical services within a patient centres geriatric model of care. You will have numerous opportunities to develop your expertise in a geriatrician led interdisciplinary care and management practice ina complex clinical environment. There is the opportunity to rotate throughsubspecialty modules within Geriatric Medicine including orthogeriatric,psychogeriatrics, consults to other teams, Aged CareAssessment Team (ACAT) in addition to acute and subacute patient care.
