You will be incredibly well-supported in your role as you step-up to lead a team of wonderful professionals. There will be a 6-month handover period with their current Team Leader. This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and collaborative professional.
*As a Team Leader & Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:*
* Leading a professional, warm team who are excited to welcome you.
* Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team
* Assisting a varied caseload, conducting functional assessments, ADLs, and worksite assessments. Providing return-to-work and complex case management with a strong focus on early intervention.
* Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.
* Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.
*Requirements:*
* Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Psychology.
* Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC/RCAA.
* Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
* Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
* Occupational Rehabilitation experience.
* Management skills or the desire to grow and learn in this area.
