We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a fantastic small supportive OT practice offering work life balance in the Dandenong Ranges.

Our client is a small occupational therapy practice located in the Dandenong Ranges in Victoria. Their close-knit team provides clinic and home-based support to clients under the NDIS in the East and South-East Melbourne. They prioritize exceptional service and foster a culture of learning and improvement, building strong relationships within the local community.
About The Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a fantastic small supportive OT practice offering work life balance in the Dandenong Ranges.
In This Role, You Will

  • Work alongside a small team of friendly and supportive OT's
  • Work with adolescents and adults under the NDIS
  • Perform comprehensive assessments
  • Prescribe assistive technology and home modifications
  • Work with the clients support network to achieve patient-centred outcomes
  • Maximise functional capacity and activities of daily living
  • Create evidence-based treatment plans
The role is open to full time and part time applicants, of all levels of experience.

About You
  • Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Previous NDIS experience is desired

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perception
  • Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career
  • Current drivers licence and vehicle
  • Eligible to work in Australia
