Registered Manager for a 2 bed Children’s Home

Salary £36-45,000

We are looking for a kind, dynamic and motivated person with a trauma informed approach to fill this demanding but fulfilling role. For the past eight years we have provided a safe and stable home environment for our Young People and achieved some fantastic outcomes.

The successful applicant will have had at least two years previous supervisory experience working with young people in a residential setting. You must have a relevant Level 3 Diploma and have, or be willing to study for, the Level 5 Diploma.

River Valley is a two bed home for young people who can have experienced significant trauma in their lives and may display challenging behaviours. They can be aged between 10-18 years old.
