The Hospital: The hospital has recently enjoyed a major $408 Million overhaul and expansion doubling the number of beds to over 300 and increasing the size by 40,000m2 including a new Emergency Department. This is now a state of the art fully modern hospital and one of Australia’s largest regional healthcare facilities.
The hospital is also accredited for training with a number of the colleges and provides the following specialist services to the local community: ED, O&G, Paeds, Orthopaedics, Anaesthetics, ICU, Coronary care, Psychiatry, Aged Care, Renal Medicine, ENT, Ophthalmology, Palliative Care and Day Surgery.
The Role: Our client is looking for a Registrar or Principal House Officer to join their team on a Temporary Full-Time basis for 12 months with a possibility of extension in the Intensive Care Unit. Remuneration value of up to $167,346 p.a.
Requirements: To apply for this position, it is essential you hold registration with AHPRA and have at least 6 months Australian ICU experience or be eligible to work in Australia via the Competent Authority Pathway with ICU experience.
