Our client, a leading provider of workplace rehabilitation services, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader to join their team in Darwin. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve return-to-work outcomes for clients.

In this role, your duties will include:
Leading and coaching a team of Occupational Therapists
Worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments and managing ADL upgrading plans
Identifying Return To Work barriers and implementing programs that assist employees in returning to the workforce
Mentoring and training junior staff members
What you will need:
A strong background in Occupational Rehabilitation
Qualifications & registration in Occupational Therapy
A current vehicle and drivers license is needed, travel will be required
