Job Description

How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:

  • Undertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
  • Designing and implementing intervention programsusing occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
  • Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that support people to achieve maximal work participation
  • Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
  • Liaisingwith clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employersand stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Australian recognised qualifications & registration in Regersterd Nursing
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible ways
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
