About Our Business and Vision:
Optimal Pharmacy Plus is a proud Western Australian pharmacy group that has been operational for the last 20 years. Optimal Pharmacy Plus Norwest is seeking a full time or Part-time stock controller. All our Pharmacy Assistants are key members within our team so we are ideally looking for someone who has experience within a busy pharmacy environment and is able to multitask across all areas of the pharmacy. Also, someone who is vibrant and prides themselves on their customer service skills and product knowledge would be preferred.

Position Criteria:

  • Someone who is friendly, outgoing and motivated with keen eye for detail.
  • Has a positive outlook on life, whilst also being highly health conscious.
  • A professional approach when dealing with colleagues and customers from all walks of life.
  • Follows directions given by the Pharmacist or upper management.
  • Rapport building skills with customers is essential.
  • Confidence in recommended in our products and services to all customers and clients including our Loyalty program and app.
  • Highly confident when dealing with customers and having the ability to offer the right solution for their health needs.
  • You will need to be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks to the highest standard.
  • Qualified S2/S3 certificate for the supply of pharmacy and pharmacist medications as well as any other industry qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Participation in provided trainings conducted in-house and online via industry platforms provided by Optimal - this is an ongoing requirement.
  • The ability to execute promotional activity with good organisational skills.
  • Merchandising experience and the ability to set up promotional activity to support the marketing program in the pharmacy.
  • Someone who enjoys working in a busy environment that will challenge you.
  • Available to work evenings and weekend shifts or when requested.
