Client Details:

In Tewkesbury, we work closely with a wonderful family to provide complex care to their son, who has clinical needs including Cerebral Palsy, sight and hearing impairment, and PEG feeding.

He receives round-the-clock care from a team of nurses and healthcare assistants.

Shifts:

  • Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week or a 35-hour contract.
  • 12-hour shifts, with both days and nights available.
  • Each shift will have a trained healthcare support worker on duty.

Responsibilities:

As part of our team,you'llreceive comprehensive support from our Nurse Manager to ensureyou'refully supported to provide exceptional care to our young client.

  • Collaborate closely with the Nurse Manager Team to deliver quality care.
  • Maintain a regular working pattern and liaise with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
  • Provide 2-2-1 support to a child with Cerebral Palsy.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
  • Opportunity for growth and development into supervisory or management roles.

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing care to complex clients.
  • Valid and clean Registered Nurse pin.
  • Minimum of 1-year post-registration experience.
  • UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
