As the Manager, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture through continuous improvement initiatives and the provision of expert guidance to senior managers and staff, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.As the Manager, Health Safety and Wellbeing, you will lead the strategic health, safety, and wellbeing program. This integral role entails cultivating internal and external key stakeholder relationships, reporting on health and safety trends and championing a sustainable safety culture across the Queensland Public Trustee.This is a permanent opportunity based in our Brisbane office.About youAs the Manager, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you will report to the Director, People and Culture and be responsible for driving continuous improvement and positive cultural change in workplace health, safety and wellbeing, across the Queensland Public Trustee. We're seeking an empathetic, driven individual with expertise in health, safety and wellbeing.
