Your success in this role will ensure the ongoing support of people with a disability in our community. This role offers full-time hours within a supportive team that operates with flexible start and finish times, ensuring coverage across a broad range of hours.Staff Matching:
Matching the skills of the support worker to the needs of the participantsRostering:
Forward rostering, workforce planning, and reactive rosteringCommunicating:
Communicate with participants and staff about shifts and care needsReview:
Review shifts notes and timesWho We're Seeking:Experience in rostering is ideal, but we can look at people with transferable skills from similar roles e.g. roster work in health facilities or call centersUnderstanding of working with people with disabilitiesUnderstanding or knowledge of the NDISProven experience working in a fast-paced role with changing prioritiesAbility to multitask under pressureHigh level of computer literacyWhy Choose Concept Care and what we offer?Career Growth:
