About the role

Fixed term temporary opportunity until 15^th of September 2024.

• Provide advanced leadership and management for a team of Oral Health and Dental Therapists within the Child and Adolescent Oral Health Services (CAOHS) of Metro North Oral Health Services (MNOHS).
• Contribute to the strategic, operational, and human resource management of CAOHS

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Deliver contemporary oral care clinical practice with an advanced level of clinical expertise and comprehensive understanding of the health care continuum.
• Provide advanced level clinical advice and direction based on well-developed clinical knowledge to Oral Health & Dental Therapists.
• Meet clinical and operational key performance indicators and targets for CAOHS as defined by MNOHS Operational Leadership Team.
