The Administration Services (Rural) at the Proserpine Hospital are seeking applications for a Manager (Support Services) to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
The Manager Support Services (MSS) role is a multi-disciplinary and varied role that manages the Support Services team across both sites of Whitsunday Health Service (WHS). The MSS co-ordinates the Administration Team to facilitate the delivery of high level, accurate administration processes for patients and staff of WHS. Working closely with the Business Manager, the MSS has the day-to-day responsibility for all administrative areas as well as communications, Q-Fleet, Room bookings, Fire safety and assist with IT equipment to ensure the expected performance outcomes of the teams are achieved within budget and in line with quality improvement activities.
About the Team
The Whitsunday Health Service is made up of two facilities: The Community Health Campus – Cannonvale and the Hospital Campus – Proserpine. The hospital is a 33-bed acute hospital, which offers a number of specialty inpatient and outpatient services. The Community Health Campus offers a range of Community Health services provided by a multi-disciplinary team.
