The Proserpine Hospital is seeking applications for a Business Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity

• Manage and coordinate activities of a range of non-clinical, administrative and operational functions to facilitate delivery of services and programs in accordance with objectives of the Whitsunday Health Service.
• As part of the Whitsunday Health Service Management Committee, provide sound financial and business functions. To lead and manage activity, revenue, finance, data and other collection systems.
• Undertake reporting as outlined in the various agreements and contracts for the Whitsunday Health Service.

About the Team

The Whitsunday Health Service is made up of two facilities: The Community Health Campus – Cannonvale and the Hospital Campus – Proserpine. The hospital is a 33-bed acute hospital, which offers a number of specialty inpatient and outpatient services. The Community Health Campus offers a range of Community Health services provided by a multi-disciplinary team.
