The role of the Administration & Operational Services Manager is to coordinate and oversee the non-clinical operational and administrative activities within the Bamaga Hospital, whilst meeting the objectives of the Director of Nursing and Facility Manager and organisational requirements.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven experience in managing workforce complaints and grievances within policy and procedure
• Significant managerial ability, including the ability to set priorities, manage budgets, monitor workflows, identify training needs, and implement training programs for administrative and operational streams.
• Knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS)
