Optometrist

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Ideally 2 days a week, Mondays and Fridays
  • Experience: Preferably experienced in NHS and vision correction

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre and post-operative consultations
  • Assess patient suitability for treatment
  • Run acute and follow-up clinics post-surgery
  • Provide health advice and support to patients
  • Offer first-line clinical advice and referrals if necessary

Requirements:

  • Current GOC registration as a fully qualified optometrist
  • Extensive experience in refractive, high street, or hospital environments
  • Proficiency in patient administration and electronic medical record systems
  • Experience working to conversion targets and KPIs within Vision Correction
