Reporting to the Deputy Head of College, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop good practice in Autism education, supporting staff in delivering high-quality programs for our students. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing self-assessment processes, overseeing course records, and leading curriculum development initiatives tailored to the needs of students with Autism. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with complex disabilities.

Salary: £45,558 - £48,089 (dependant on skills, experience and qualifications) + Teachers pension scheme + benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year + 12 weeks holiday
