Work Flexibility:
Surgical procedures can sometimes extend beyond their scheduled time, requiring theatre nurses to stay on duty until the operation is completed. Flexibility is necessary to adapt to these situations and provide continuity of care for patients.You can choose as per your personal preferences

Competitive and Clear Pay Rates:
Monday to Friday day shift : £31.10 per hour
Saturday day shift : £40.43 per hour
Sunday day shift : £49.75 per hour
Monday to Friday night shift : £40.43 per hour
Saturday night shift : £40.43 per hour
Sunday night shift : £49.75 per hour
Bank Holiday : £49.75 per hour

Responsbilities:
? Preparing operating rooms for surgical procedures, including setting up equipment and instruments
? Assisting surgeons during surgeries by passing instruments,sponges and sutures
? Montioring patients vital signs and responding to changes in their condition
? Maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to infection control protocols
? Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
? Collaborating with the perioperative team to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety

Requirements:
? NMC registration and PIN
? A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
? Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
? Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
