Key Responsibilites:

• Provide high-quality care to residents.
• Undertake clinical, social and self-care assessments.
• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Qualitystandards.
• Anticipate residents' changing health needs by updatingcare plans and assessments.
• Wound Care Management
• Support the residents and their families by addressingqueries, comments, suggestions, or concerns.
• Support, coach, monitor and direct care staff.
