Your responsibilities will include:Developing strategy and operational standards for cancer services in collaboration with division colleagues, hospital teams, and physicians.Ensuring alignment and coordination of cancer services across facilities within the division.Assisting with physician recruitment and engagement activities.Representing the division/facility in professional and community associations.Collaborating with national and division leaders to plan for emerging trends in oncology.Identifying and communicating best demonstrated practices in oncology across the division.Managing service line development, implementation, and budgeting activities.Ensuring service line quality aligns with division, market, and national standards.What Will You Need?Bachelor's and Master's Degree.5-7 years of partner management, strategy, or corporate development experience.Minimum 5 years of oncology operations experience in an acute care setting.Seasoned VP of Oncology or RVP preferred.Collaborative, team player with excellent relationship building skills.Join us and contribute to providing exceptional cancer care to our patients across the Gulf Coast Division!Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Gulf Coast Division (Travel required)Salary: $181,833 - $272,854 per year + 15% Bonus incentiveBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, professional development assistanceApplication Requirements: Bachelor's and Master's Degree, 5-7 years of relevant experience.
