Your responsibilities will include:Conducting one-on-one, group, and family psychoeducational and process groups.Developing treatment plans and attending treatment planning meetings.Assessing patient safety status and responding to potential safety issues or changes.Completing assessments, group notes, and documentation promptly and in compliance with requirements.Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to assess discharge planning needs and conduct post-discharge follow-up.What Will You Need?Qualifications: Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited university.Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications within 30 days of employment.Experience: Prior experience working with psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting.
