The opportunity 
This role will effectively liaise with professional staff and other administrative staff to promote an efficient administrative service and to ensure accurate and timely reporting targets are met.

Employment Term

• Permanent full-time 

Generous remuneration package value up to $94,810 p.a.comprising:

• Salary rates between $37.68-$41.90 p.h. (AO3)
• Annual leave loading + leave
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution

The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:

• Administration Expertise: 
  Demonstrated ability to provide high quality organisational, administrative and medical typing support for a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.

• Communication:  
  Proven effective communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels using tact and confidentiality, and the ability to function as a member of a team.

• Administration Ability:
  Knowledge of or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge in the use of Hospital Based Information systems relating to appointments and chart management, and other information systems to prepare correspondence.

• Leadership:
  Demonstrated workplace behaviours that are non-discriminatory and that positively support patient focussed care and teamwork.
