Competitive and Clear Pay Rates
Monday to Friday day shift : £31.10 per hour
Saturday day shift : £40.43 per hour
Sunday day shift : £49.75 per hour
Monday to Friday night shift : £40.43 per hour
Saturday night shift : £40.43 per hour
Sunday night shift : £49.75 per hour
Bank Holiday : £49.75 per hour

Responsbilities:
? Conducting thorough assessments of patients' mental health status, including their emotional, psychological, and behavioral state
? Administering and monitoring psychotropic medications as prescribed by psychiatrists or other mental health professionals
? Responding to and managing psychiatric crises or emergencies, including suicidal ideation, aggressive behavior, or acute psychosis
? Serving as an advocate for patients' rights and needs within the healthcare system
? Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and medication administration records
? Engaging in self-care practices to prevent burnout and maintain personal well-being

Requirements:
? NMC registration and PIN
? A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
? Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
? Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
