*Requirements:*
* Must be willing to travel or live in the area
* Care certificate.
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is must
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
* Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
* DBS on update service is helpful
The successful applicant will be highly motivated person with *complex care experience and Learning disabilities/Mental health experience*, have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise effectively in order to provide the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care tasks
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Help patients with personal hygiene, including bathing and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized healthcare environment
- Follow all infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment
