• No one day is the same…make a real difference to people with a disability on a daily basis
• Take control over your week by autonomously managing clients (assessments, diagnosis, planning & treatments) with a realistic caseload
• Work with a diverse caseload of clients widening your clinical experience and skills
• Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients in community environments, focusing on achieving their personal goals
• Collaborate with families, health professionals, educational staff to attain stronger client outcomes
• Deliver accurate, timely and high-quality reports
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team approach to improve outcomes
• Learn and grow in the organisation with a focus on Professional Development and opportunities for progression to senior clinical and management roles

• Flexibility to work from home, from our offices and in the community
• Annual $5,000 and two days of study leave Professional Development Allowance plus weekly supervision, mentoring, and internal training
• Ongoing administrative support for contracts, bookings, billing and administrative work

• Are a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist
• Demonstrate initiative in prioritising your workload
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Build and foster exceptional working relationships with all stakeholders
• Have excellent time management & problem-solving skills
• Are highly motivated to achieve successful outcomes, a positive can-do approach
• Have a Working with Children’s Check and NDIS Workers Clearance Check (or willing to attain)
• Have a drivers licence and a reliable car
