Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide quality dental care to our patients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and patient satisfaction. · Delivering proactive oral health services, including periodontal therapies, fluoride treatments, and initiatives to promote optimal oral wellness.

· Conduct thorough dental examinations, including assessing patients' oral health, identifying any issues or concerns, and discussing treatment options.

· Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions with precision and care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

· Performing standard orthodontic procedures. Restoring oral function through the use of both removable and fixed oral prostheses.

· Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections, using evidence-based practices and the latest dental technologies.

· Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals, taking into account their medical history, oral health status, and personal preferences.

· Administer local anesthetics and other medications as needed to manage pain and discomfort during dental procedures, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

· Offering comprehensive restorative oral care encompassing services like implants, intricate crown and bridge restorations, orthodontics, and adeptly repairing damaged and decayed teeth.

· Diagnosing dental conditions utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools including radiographs, salivary tests, and thorough examination of medical histories.

· Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and dietary habits, to promote long-term dental health and prevent future issues.

· Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, streamline workflow, and ensure optimal outcomes.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting diagnoses, treatments, and recommendations in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Guiding and managing a dental team composed of Dental Hygienists, Dental Therapists, Dental Assistants, and various other Dental Specialists.

· Stay informed about advancements in dentistry, attending continuing education courses, seminars, and conferences to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of emerging trends.

Skills & Attributes:

· Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.

· Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in a dental practice or clinical setting.

· Proficiency in conducting comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosing oral health conditions.

· Ability to perform a wide range of dental procedures with precision and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effectively explaining treatment plans and educating patients on oral hygiene practices.

· Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care, ensuring comfort and trust among patients.

· Commitment to staying updated on advancements in dentistry through ongoing professional development and continuing education.

· Team-oriented mindset, capable of collaborating with dental assistants and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.

Job Type & Salary

· The base salary will be AUD 120,000 plus Bonus.

· This will be permanent full-time job.
