Job Description
In this role you will:

  • Provide leadership/mentorship support to your team of Occupational Therapist's, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologist or Rehab Counsellors
  • Leading a team of 7-8 consultants, provide guidance and support with strategic file reviews
  • Lead your team to meet individual and team targets;
  • Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients;
  • Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.
Qualifications
You will have
  • Experience in the Vocational/Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent time management skills and high degree of organisational skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes;
  • Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
  • Current driver license and motor vehicle.
