Coordonnateur Santé Securité (SST)

L'OPPORTUNITÉ

À la suite d'une croissance et d'une expansion importantes, le coordonnateur(trice) SST jouera un rôle crucial dans la promotion d’un environnement de travail sécuritaire sur le chantier d'un nouveau développement en 3 phases de 400 condos/appartements.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Sensibiliser les travailleurs aux risques sur le chantier et aux procédures de sécurité;
• Participer aux réunions de chantier et contribuer à la planification des travaux;
• Maîtriser les exigences réglementaires en santé et sécurité au travail;
• Identifier les dangers et analyser les risques associés aux différents travaux;
• Intervenir et enquêter sur les évènements survenant sur le chantier
• Animer les réunions de santé et sécurité en chantier et assurer leur suivi;
• Compléter les rapports quotidiens et les documents pertinents;
• Collaborer avec le surintendant en cas d’avis disciplinaire;
• Participer aux activités de sécurité organisées par les zones locales.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Accréditation de coordonnateur SST sur les chantiers de construction;
• Cours de santé sécurité sur les chantiers de construction (ASP Construction);
• Connaissances de la LSST et des règlements SST en vigueur au Québec;
• Maîtrise de la suite MS Office.

Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS)

Reports to: Project Manager

Location: Montreal, Quebec

THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to significant growth and expansion, we are seeking a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist to play a crucial role in promoting a safe working environment on the site of a new development in 3 phases, comprising a total of 400 condos/apartments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Raise awareness among workers about risks on the construction site and safety procedures.
• Participate in site meetings and contribute to work planning.
• Master regulatory requirements in occupational health and safety.
• Identify hazards and analyze risks associated with different tasks.
• Respond to and investigate incidents occurring on the construction site.
• Facilitate safety meetings on site and ensure their follow-up.
• Complete daily reports and relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with the superintendent in case of disciplinary actions.
• Participate in safety activities organized by local authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Accreditation as an SST coordinator on construction sites.
• Construction site health and safety course (ASP Construction).
• Knowledge of LSST and occupational health and safety regulations in effect in Quebec.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
