Are you a heavy-duty diesel fitter or crane maintenance technician?

AME has an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation that will invest in your training and development to facilitate a career transition into the high risk plant inspection services sector.

• Perform Inspections and Testing on high risk mobile and fixed plant
• Produce quality reports capturing your Inspections and Testing findings
• Use specialist inspection and test equipment, gauges and other commonly used measuring devices as required in the performance of inspections
• Use knowledge and skills, from qualifications and experience, to assess compliance of Plant and Machinery in accordance with relevant WA legislation and Standards
• Provide technical support and advice related to high-risk plant compliance matters

Applicants must possess the following skills and attributes:

• Trade qualified heavy duty diesel fitter or extensive crane technician experience
• Experience in fitting & maintaining pressure vessels associated with heavy duty plant
• An understanding of applicableAustralian Standards, Work Health Safety Act 2020, Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022,Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022
• An effective communicator, both in written and verbal communications
• Competent with Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new digital software platforms
• An effective time manager and committed to achieving deadlines
• Adaptable with working hours
• Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia
• Current driving licence

Remuneration package will depend on individual experience, certifications, and skill set.
