The role of the Clinical Nurse Consultant supports the Service Line to meet the requirements for the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care: National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS)and other applicable Standards. This includes:Responsiblility for management of policies and procedures, quality improvements and Clinical Incident Management.Processing RiskMans, undertakes/is involved with Human Error and Patient Safety (HEAPS) analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as required.Guiding service improvement in alignment with recommendations.Working in collaboration with other Grade 7's to support the Clinical Governance Unit in overall efficient and effective management, benchmarking, maintaining standards and optimising patient/program outcomes.About You:You bring your best to work to provide an exceptional healthcare experience for patients and the community.You work collaboratively with others, showing kindness and respect.You'll thrive working in a challenging environment where no two days are the same.What we can offer you:
