Psychologist – Part Time, for family medical clinic.

Turn The CornerMedical Clinic is seeking an experienced psychologist to join our team on a part-timecontractor basis, working Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Turn The Corneris a GP-owned, private billing, family medical practice. We currently operateout of two locations, in Northcote and Brunswick, with around 30 GPs and 3psychologists/psychiatrists. This role would be based initially in Northcote, andthen later this year would relocate to a new facility we’re opening inFairfield.

Our patientscome from all walks of life. The vast majority are under 50 years of age. Twothirds are women. You will have demonstratedexperience (at least 4 years’) of providing a high standard of evidence-based therapyto adults, with the generalist skills required to meet the needs of a broadrange of clients and presentations being referred by our doctors under MentalHealth Care Plans. You will be registered with AHPRA with a Medicare providernumber. Experience using Best Practice software is advantageous, but certainly notessential.

We would seekto retain your services as a contractor, with expected earnings ofapproximately $140 per consulting hour (after clinic service fees) for a psychologist,and more for a clinical psychologist. The role will report to our PrincipalDoctor.
