About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Pain Medicine Specialist Psychologist to join our team in the Royal Children's Hospital's Children's Pain Management Service. This is a Part Time Fixed Term position at 0.2FTE working on Thursdays only. This is to cover a period of Sabbatical Leave from August 2024 - January 2025.
You will work as part of a highly supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality care to children and adolescents with chronic pain, including conditions such as: CRPS, headaches and widespread body pain. These services are provided on an outpatient basis with the primary objective to return patients to their normal level of functioning.
Our clinic runs on a hybrid model with both face to face and telehealth appointments.
