Pharmacy Support Specialist

Full time opportunity available in Richmond for an AHPRA registered Pharmacist OR Pharmacy Assistant with Community Pharmacy Cert II, III or IV.

About the role:

Reporting to the PharmaPrograms General Manager, the Pharmacy Support Specialist will directly engage with our pharmacy network to provide education and advice on PharmaPrograms initiatives including patient identification, program workflow and pharmacy best practice. To be successful in this role you must be EITHER a current AHPRA registered pharmacist OR pharmacy assistant with a Community Pharmacy Cert II, III or IV. Salary package will be dependent on qualifications.
Responsibilities:

  • Engage in outbound calls to pharmacies to provide education on PharmaPrograms initiatives
  • Increase overall program awareness by liaising with PharmaPrograms network
  • Check and maintain program enrolments using CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Triage incoming pharmacy enquiries
  • Identify inefficient processes for each program and liaise with relevant stakeholders to implement improvements
  • Provide phone support to HCP patient enquiries
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
  • Maintain accurate record of customer interactions and transactions
  • Customer complaint resolution
  • Provide customer feedback to relevant sales and product teams

Skills and experience:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
  • Problem solver, team player
