A Veterinary Nurse ready to take on a new challenge?

We are working with a beautiful small animal clinic in London to support on their search for a new clinic manager. This is an exiting time to join the organisation as we have a lot planned for the 2024/25 financial year.

The Clinic:

Led by our amazing Practice Owner and Manager, we currently have 4 Vets, 3 Nurses and a lovely group of VCAs and receptionists working on site. We are a very close-knit team that have fostered an incredible culture of support and growth where we all focus on giving excellent clinical care to all patients.

We are a small animal clinic that have a heavy case load of cats and dogs but are seeing more and more exotic species come through our doors. One of our Vets has really taken the helm in driving this forward so if you are interested in exotic species, we have plenty to see! Companion animals still take the largest percentage of the case load however. We have high-quality and modern equipment available for all our staff to use and learn so that we can give fantastic experiences for our clients.

Due to great success last year, this financial year we are planning a massive expansion of our site. We will become even bigger, better and more successful than ever before and all of our team are very excited to be part of the change.

We are recruiting for a Clinic Manager. You will be the direct line manager to the Nurses, Students & VCAs and be the 'go to nurse' for all clinical enquires. This is a full time, permanent role where you would join the weekend rota. We are flexible on hours for the right candidate around child care and other obligations.

The Candidate:

Applicants must be RCVS accredited as you will be involved in clinical work. Previous experiences as a Head Nurse is also desired but we are open to hearing from senior RVNs and people with previous experience leading a team.

You will be an expert clinically and confident in all areas of first opinion work. We are especially looking for an avuncular attitude and a people person as the team currently are all about supporting one another.
