Job Description: Aesthetic ReceptionistLocation: Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Marylebone clinics in LondonHours: Up to 18 hours per weekRate of Pay: £15-£17 per hourAdditional Income Opportunity: Potential to earn additional income as a virtual receptionist on days not workedPotential Full-Time Role: For the right candidate, the position could become a full-time roleSchedule of Work:Monday AM: Chelsea ClinicMonday PM: (per agreed) Knightsbridge clinicWednesday AM and Friday AM: Marylebone clinicMaximum of 6-hour shiftsResponsibilities:Independent and interpersonal skillsTraining in Aesthetics and Pabau CRM systemsProficient in marketing, social media, and Microsoft processesAnswering calls and addressing patient enquiries via phone, email, and social mediaGreeting and assisting patients in the clinicBooking appointments and managing patient expectationsAdhering to escalation policies to senior staffContributing ideas to enhance the brand's presence in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatmentsRequirements:Immediate availability for the right candidateHighly organised and ambitiousWillingness to work independentlyExperience in aesthetics and CRM system PabauFamiliarity with marketing, social media, and CRM systemsStrong communication and customer service skillsThis position offers the opportunity to work with a top UK surgeon in four clinical settings and requires a candidate who is proactive, independent, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of the brand.
