MRI TechnologistWest Reading, PAFull-Time (Onsite)Relocation Assistance AvailableResponsibilities:The MR technologist demonstrates an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, contrast agents, MR safety, and medical terminology.Maintains a high degree of accuracy in positioning and technique. The MR technologist performs MRI procedures according to established protocols to obtain diagnostic information as ordered by the physician.Prepares and administers contrast at the direction of the radiologist in accordance with state and federal guidelines.Ensures the delivery of quality care in a safe environment for infant through adult patients.Schedule:Primarily Second shift with variable shift coverageRotating every 3rd weekendWeekday and Weekend call coverageMust Haves:Post High School Diploma ProgramRelevant ExperienceBLS CertificationRegistered as an MRI Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists RT (R) (MR) or Registered as an MRI Technologist with the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)RT (R) (ARRT) or RT (R) (MR) or RT (MR)
