About the role

Permanent part time opportunity.

The purpose of this role is to deliver podiatric clinical care for a varied caseload within a tertiary hospital as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team delivering services to stakeholders and consumers of the Metro North Hospital and Health Service. The role incumbent will provide effective teamwork to contribute to service development, quality activities and research.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Deliver podiatric clinicalservices within a discipline specific or multidisciplinary team in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
• Utilise expert knowledge and skills to lead the development of formal research activity, while supporting and facilitating growth in research culture and capacity.
• Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in professional development activities.
