The role  
In this role, you will ensure strict adherence to service quality standards, health, and safety protocols, while leading technical guidance for case management processes and inspection activities across the state's community pharmacies. Coordinating assessment teams to meet statutory and organizational performance metrics, you will oversee compliance with relevant legislation and manage data and technology for risk identification and reporting. Additionally, you will implement regulatory tools for compliance, maintain stakeholder relationships, and manage system access requests in alignment with ICT policies and Queensland Health guidelines.

Your role extends to preparing high-level briefing documents, submissions, and reports to support policy changes and regulatory initiatives. This involves continuous quality improvement of ICT solutions, engagement with vendors for enhancements and preventative maintenance, and management of third-party technical support. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of ICT solutions, maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitating compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful person
To excel in this position, you should possess a record of accomplishment of effectively managing sizable, time-sensitive tasks within a complex service delivery organization, especially those involving the introduction of novel projects by diverse independent entities. Demonstrating adept written communication abilities, including report compilation, discussion paper creation, data system analysis, and submission provision, is essential.

Moreover, strong verbal communication skills and a proven history of fostering collaborative work relationships, partnerships, and team cohesion to achieve project goals are required. Additionally, the capacity to swiftly acquire knowledge and actively engage with, support, and advise both internal and external stakeholders on pertinent issues related to the conception and execution of new initiatives is crucial.
