$80,000 – $100,000 per year
About The Role
Prospero Health & Social Care are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to work with a great aged care facility located in Lowood in Queensland. This organisation is seeking an RN able to cover either afternoon or night shifts. The organisation is seeking an RN dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to residents.
Key Duties

• Provide person-centred care to residents in a safe environment
• Applying clinical skills to improve the quality of life of residents
• Work closely with team members in a multi-disciplinary team
• Work closely with family of residents to provide appropriate care for residents
• Creating, monitoring, and updating care plans for residents as required
• Administering medication to residents as required
  

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an aged care setting
• Experience working with residents with differing care requirements
• Experience in the administration of medication
• Strong clinical problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Experience in general nursing would be highly regarded
