About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Clinical Care Coordinator to work Part Time with our Clinical Manager and Residential Manager to provide clinical leadership in our stunning 144-bed aged care residence based in Jimboomba. 

The Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) will provide clinical leadership to the team, foster a culture of clinical excellence and oversee the clinical care of our residents to ensure that a high standard of care is maintained.

About you:


Skills and requirements for this role :
• Ideally at least 2+ years experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar role in the aged care or acute sector;
• RN qualification with current AHPRA registration;
• Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills;
• Experience in staff supervision and development;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes;

• Knowledge of Care Planning

• IPC qualification definitely an advantage
