This Clinic provides HealthCare assistance to 3,000 individuals annually.
They are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families residing in Pilbara Region
The Role
As a Midwife, you'll play a pivotal role in improving health outcomes for Aboriginal people, focusing on providing culturally sensitive care to women, partners, families, and newborns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering comprehensive, evidence-based nursing and midwifery care
• Offering education and support during pregnancy to reduce risk factors and promote healthy behaviors
• Conducting antenatal and postnatal care, including referrals and follow-up
• Facilitating client engagement with essential services
• Collaborating with partners to coordinate obstetric clinics and specialist interventions
• Contributing to program implementation, quality improvement, and data reporting efforts
  

Requirements:

• AHPRA Registration
• Working With Children Check and National Police Certificate (conditional employment)
• Current Driver's License
• CPR Certification
• Triple COVID-19 Vaccination as per WA Government mandate
• Willingness to undergo regular random drug and alcohol testing
