The Location:

The Facility:
This is a Tertiary and level 3 Teaching Hospital with just under 400 beds and around 1,700 staff. The hospital services a population of 200,000 in a catchment area including urban communities, regional hospitals and remote Aboriginal communities. The hospital is affiliated with Flinders University with an onsite Medical School.

The Role:
The Senior O & G Registrar position provides broad Obstetrics and Gynaecology experience in a rural setting, developed in line with RANZCOG training requirements. This includes Birthing Suite supervision and management, frequent operative experience covering open, vaginal and advanced laparoscopy and clinic experience encompassing all aspects of most subspecialty areas, colposcopy and ultrasound. The successful candidate will closely liaise with the Obstetrics and Gynaecology GP Registrars and the local Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

This is a fixed term full time position, from August 2024.

You must hold registration with AHPRA.
